Allstate Sales interview questions

I Submitted an application and the recruiter reached out to me for a Skype phone interview the interviewer seemed very unorganized he sent me multiple emails with the same context. After the interview he said he would reach out to me within a week I herd nothing back. Then a month later the recruiter sent me another email requesting another interview forgetting that he already interviewed me.
