I studied up and matched my personal experiences with answers to fit any type of the STAR Interviewing Technique.... I wrote down the answers to my questions so that I could memorize them. That way I could quickly and confidently respond to any question. I would practice with family and friends so that I was prepared :) and it worked out well.
