Alight Solutions Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Received an the video interview portion of hiring process. Didn’t get passed that. Was fairly straight forward. Can be a little intimidating as your are limited to only a couple minutes per question and you don’t have a chance to re-record.

The interview process began virtually with an in person interview in the end. You are provided with tools to prepare. They were looking to fill a lot of positions so there were multiple candidates waiting in the room with me
