2. Online Assessment (OA) - Round 2: Coding Test
This round consists of two easy-level coding questions that test basic programming knowledge.

Simple implementation problems
You can choose from multiple programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.).
3. Communication Assessment
This is an automated communication test that evaluates:
Pronunciation
Fluency
Vocabulary
Grammar
The questions may include reading sentences aloud, repeating sentences, answering simple questions, and speaking on a given topic.
It is easy and mostly evaluates basic English communication skills.
4. Online Interview (Final Round)
Conducted via Microsoft Teams or another virtual platform.
The focus is mainly on:
Your projects – Expect deep questions about implementation, challenges faced, and tech stack used.
Basic technical questions related to your skills.
Behavioral questions – Based on Accenture's core values and teamwork experiences.

One thing they asked me was to introduce myself, followed by detailed questions about my projects.
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.
