Interview
The interview was in 3 stages. Telephonic, to discuss administrative questions such as salary expectations and visa status. Followed by business manager to talk candidate through the company, their working model, the clients. Some discussion around candidate's education and experience. Followed by 2 senior interviewers, to reinforce understanding of job role and company.

Started with a phone call from the business manager to, then 3 rounds of interviews, each with more senior members of staff within the company. Fairly high level questions, standard interview process
smooth and professional - questions to the point - very friendly and very little latency. There were 3 rounds - recruiting - business manager and team leader - The questions were aligned to what i did .
