ALTEN Engineering Consultant interview questions

The interview was in 3 stages. Telephonic, to discuss administrative questions such as salary expectations and visa status. Followed by business manager to talk candidate through the company, their working model, the clients. Some discussion around candidate's education and experience. Followed by 2 senior interviewers, to reinforce understanding of job role and company.

It was three stages interview process. The 1st one was a phone interview with a manager, the 2nd interview was more about the company culture and goals, and the third one was with a regional manager.
