ADT Outside Sales Representative interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter and preapproved by her. Then scheduled for phone interview with what would be immediate seminar. Also sent a personality profile and math and English test to complete in the meantime.

Interview process was very quick started with a recruiter interview than face to face with the sales manager I was hired within three days. Problems started after I got hired from day one with the manager being very unprofessional talking about other sales reps in a negative manner followed by a serious lack of training. They were unprepared for my arrival even though they had a week and half before my first day.
