Interview

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADT (Niceville, FL) in Oct 2018
Interview
Very good and smooth with a lot of the questions answered. There was a lot that was explained right out the gate and was clear and easy to understand. They don’t use a lot of jargon to make it sound like a job you will be a millionaire from working there but you get what you put in.
I went to a hiring event and everything was taken care of. The interview process is a multi-stage process for hiring new employees. The interview process typically includes the following steps: writing a job description, posting a job, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary interviews, conducting in-person interviews, following up with candidates, and making a hire.

Where would you like to be in your career five years from now? What's your ideal company? What attracted you to this company? Why should we hire you?
