3M Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview process is pretty Easy, simple to follow. The senior leaders respect the interviewer and have chitchat to make the interview atmosphere good and relax. However, I will suggest HR to join the interview as well.

Agency contacted me via phone with no initial interview required. I was later interviewed on site. Interview was extremely quick and fast. Very general questions, past experience, past project experience. They always ask about specific skills such as pivot tables and v-lookups in excel BUT I never had to do any kind of reporting using excel. I was transferred between 2 positions, and I cannot emphasize this enough, I never pivot any tables or used v-lookups or submitted any reports via excel. Don't let this question scare you if you lack hands experience with excel.
